Please refer to any manuals you receive and check out our online guides for the correct use of our products. Our products are intended for legal concentrate use such as CBD wax. Our products are NOT compatible with liquids like ejuice or nicotine, or as a smoking replacement and will not effectively create an aerosolized solution from liquids! Third party devices or components such as ENDS are NOT compatible with our products. The Molecule system is a closed loop system and not intended to be used with any product outside its ecosystem. Despite the atomizer being able to work on other mods(batteries), attempting to use the Molecule Control Tower(Molecule battery) with another atomizer other than the Molecule not only wouldn't work, it would be dangerous. Please be informed of the governing laws where you reside, we are not liable for illegal or improper use. By purchasing you agree that you're at least 21 years of age or older and will not use AVS products for illegal purposes or purposes other than the intended use.
We are not liable for damage or injury to property or persons due to misuse, or improper use of anything we sell. Please read the manuals with your products and watch the videos. Remember, if you have an issue or trouble understanding something, reach out to our support for help!
Shipping Information
We usually ship orders within 1-3 days unless otherwise noted on the item you're purchasing such as preorder or backorder items. First class shipping (2-7 day) is free on Domestic orders over $60. Priority Shipping (1-3 day) is free for orders over $150. Free shipping totals are after discounts have been applied. Overnight is available for the postage cost. We ship through USPS. Free shipping is available internationally to some countries on orders over $300.

Warranties
We provide warranties for manufacturers defects for 90 days on all accessories, mods, and atomizers produced by us. For all other products please refer to the appropriate manufacturers warranty policy. Everything we sell is built to the utmost standard of excellence and we personally use everything we sell. When new products launch we order/make several and pass them out to different employees to test for a couple months. We compile that feedback with online sources to decide what's best. Everything is decided by a strict set of parameters, this is why we can make certain warranties.
Return Policy
We accept returns up to 30 days if unused and unopened. If you received free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. You will also be required to pay for return shipping. A restocking fee up to 15% may also be applied at our discretion. We accept warranty claims up to 90 days.Miscellaneous
