316L Stainless steel spooled prebuilt wire up to 30', more affordable than you can make it yourself! 

316L Flat Clapton, Made using a strip of ribbon wire with a 40g clapton wrap around it. The surface area and mass of the ribbon produces a dense, warm vape. We recommend selecting 3mm 5-6 wraps for best performance, this will fit most newer RDA's and RTA's that are 22mm.  

This wire is a springy wire much like the hive but is very worth the hassle. Even though its springy, its also much easier to work with then the hive due to being flat and easier to hold on to. 

There are two ways to work with this wire.

1.) Make the coils 1mm smaller then what you are actually trying for, and add an extra wrap to 1.5 wrap. Carefully release the coil and it will spring out by about 1mm and lose 1-1.5 wraps. It should still be a contact coil at this point, although we recommend adding a small space between each wrap so that the juice can flow up and around the coil. This coil needs fast wicking to keep up with the clouds it will billow.

2.) Make the coil the intended size and wraps like you would make any other coil. Then while still holding it on the jig, install it into your deck and tighten the screws down to hold it. During the dry fire step you can adjust the coils and stiffen the coil (dry firing removes the spring).
